The real farm to fork.

Hey ya'll. Right now I am somewhere traveling between India and Nepal and soaking in every ounce of this once in a lifetime experience. While I have you here, I wanted to talk a minute about our relationship with animals. As a former rural Pa resident, I know the benefit of real, down to earth farmers and the constant care and work they put in to the livelihood of the food on their proverbial table. But as a "city-slicker" and re-found vegetarian myself, I am sickened by the corporate world of meat distribution and how all of the big guys hide so much garbage in the food we spend our hard earned dollars on. Fresh food not only tastes so much better but there is also the added health benefit
